Beth is the terror of bad customer service teams! She spent six years working in customer service for various UK based casinos, so she has seen it all with her own eyes. She knows exactly what leads to bad customer service. She’s also very appreciative of good customer service when she sees it.
Beth is able to cut through any problems customer service throws her way. She has been on their side of things so she knows what is likely to trip them up. When Beth plays at online casinos, she likes Bingo and scratch off cards. She stays away from the blackjack table, and never touches roulette. But she does have an eye for the horses and when a race comes in with odds that don’t seem right she’s able to place a good bet down and always win.
She is a lifelong resident of the UK and currently lives in London. Beth is very good at the customer service game and always looks for holes she can exploit.
