The use of emoji was a nice, natural touch. It was a dream testing out the customer service at Videoslots. The chat loaded quickly. Their answers were very fast. The customer support at Videoslots might not be for everyone, but for the people they are targeting it should work great. They use a relaxed, confident English during chats. They throw a lot of emoji into their conversations, which makes things feel more natural. Obviously, that will turn off the more analytical minds, but it’s nice to see something really human come out of a casino’s customer service department.
