Spreadex Review Visit site

In Greek mythology, Sisyphus is in hell. His punishment is to roll a rock up a hill and have it fall down right before he gets to the top of the hill, and then he has to do this over and over again forever. This is what dealing with customer service at Spreadex felt like. Maybe we were actually being given a preview of hell? But whatever. Their customer service is awful. They just simply don't seem to care about the people they are helping. They are rude. They barely speak English. They take forever to respond to a simple question. They don't seem to know what they are talking about. All in all, Spreadex was a total chore to deal with. If you have a fetish for bad customer service, they could become porn for you. For anyone else, they are best avoided. Find a different online betting shop to bet at.

Spreadex is really the worst when it comes to customer service. We’ve looked at some bad casinos before, but never any as bad as this. Low marks all around. They don’t speak English very well. They are extremely rude. It’s slow to start a conversation. It’s slow getting answers. And the answers you get are often the wrong answers. We don’t know how a customer service department went this wrong on so many levels. There is nothing good we can say about them. So we will simply tell you to stay away from their customer service department.

You may just want to stay away from the Spreadex site as well. We think that there is something going on with this site – particularly when you have to choose between betting and getting help investing money when you sign up. Are they an investment house? Are they a betting shop? They don’t seem to know, so how is a customer going to know about Spreadex?

Spreadex Sign up and Login

When you first go to the Spreadex site, you are asked whether or not you want to go to their betting shop or to their place to make investments. What the hell is that all about? It's really confusing merging the two businesses like that, and we found it quite off putting. Then once you get to the sports betting site it's hard to sign up. It's not as intuitive as most other gambling sites. But then again, it can't decide whether it's a gambling site or an investment firm so that shouldn't be too surprising. Once you have yourself set up, logging back in isn't that difficult – except that each time, you'll still have to go through the investment bank or gambling house selection. It's truly, truly weird doing anything with Spreadex. We were quite put off by the entire process. It should be much better.

Spreadex Free bets

Spreadex is a betting shop so the idea of free spins doesn't even come into play. What they do offer is quite honestly strange. You don't get anything for making a deposit. Instead, you get bonuses from Spreadex based on how much you bet in your first 28 days on the site. Once you hit £50 you'll get £50 in matching funds. That is, unless you hit £300 of bets made in the first 28 days, at which point they won't give you matching funds and will instead send you an iPad. Not even this year's iPad. You'll get a 2018 iPad. With Spreadex mobile app installed? We find that very odd. If you have £300 to spend at Spreadex you probably have enough money to buy your own iPad. All in all, it's an odd offer and not one we've seen at any other casino. We just don't get it.

Are they polite?

No. They are not polite at all. Several times they just said “goodbye” in the middle of chat. When they did chat with us it took a long time for them to respond. At times we were forced to ask “are you still there?”. All in all, a very rude experience.

Absolutely not. They don't give away anything in chat. To call them “nice” would be a lie worthy of perjury. They are simply rude. We can't imagine them giving anything to anyone in chat for any reason at all. They seem like they just don't care.

Are they fast?

God no. They are not fast at all. In the middle of the chat there would be lag times of three or four minutes between us asking a question and getting an answer. And often the answer was so vague that we'd have to ask another question.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. There were times when someone would come on immediately. At other times, it would take several minutes. Being consistent isn't really a big thing with Spreadex. One imagines what their financial advice must be like.
