Smarkets Review Visit site

We feel that Smarkets could do a lot to improve their customer service. It really isn't up to the job. There is a lot of lag time when it comes to getting responses. They don't seem to really know what they are talking about. That hurts when as a customer you are worried about your money and want to find out what is going on with it. They do speak English very well, so we can't fault them for that. But honestly their training just seems so low as to be incapable of giving real help. We hope Smarkets improves this in the future. There could be a lot going for this site if their customer service were just up to a reasonable standard. This is the type of stuff that makes or breaks a site. In this case, we call it broken. We hope they try harder in the future.

No. In fact, they were quite rude to us and we didn’t appreciate that at all. They didn’t even say “good bye.”

No. They did not give us any bonuses in chat and we wouldn’t have expected them to be honest.

Yes. Their English is fine. It would have been better if their English wasn’t any good. That we could understand.

The initial chat does load quickly. We can’t complain about that. It’s afterward that things started to fall apart.

Smarkets does a fair but not excellent job when it comes to customer support. They were sometimes rude, and didn’t even say goodbye to us at the end of the chat. The chat did load up quickly, so there is that. Still, they couldn’t help with all issues.

We felt that their quality of English was good. But they could certainly have been more polite. When you have a problem with an online casino, you want people to listen closely and have the answer to your problem. We found that Smarkets didn’t always live up to that.

Smarkets did not give us any bonus money when we asked for it. We found to have a slightly below average interaction with them. We give Smarkets three out of five stars for their efforts. With some more training, they could have been much better. We’ll check back in a few months to see if there is any improvement.

Smarkets Sign up and Login

Signing up for the Smarkets was easy. It loaded very quickly. We have no issues with that. Getting someone to talk to is not a problem. Logging in was very easy. Getting the responses we needed was what was challenging. We had the feeling they just wanted to get rid of us so that they could go help someone else. Giving easy access to customer service is great, but not if they aren't really helpful. There was also a lot of lag time in their answers. That's generally not a good sign, and doesn’t really show that the person knows what they are talking about. This could be improved, we feel. Overall, we were not really very satisfied by our encounters with Smarkets. They should work harder at learning the skills they need to do their jobs. That would lead to considerably better customer service.

Smarkets Free Bets

There is no way to get free spins or a no-deposit bonus from Smarkets. We tried every way we could think of, and they simply wouldn't do it. We even told them it was our birthday, and they refused to give us anything. And we offered them matching cash and they refused to give us any bonus money. Free spins were certainly out of the equation. Smarkets were pretty direct about the fact that we would not get any bonus money. We really did try. Although it should be noted that most casinos won't give away money in their live chat. Still, we would really like to see casinos start doing this. But you can't always get what you want. If anyone out there is able to find a way to get free spins or bonus cash from Smarkets, we’d like to know about it. Otherwise, our feeling is that they aren't going to give you anything.

They are not polite. They didn't bother saying goodbye to us. Their responses were often curt. And they tended to take a lot of time to respond to us. We really don't consider any of that to be very polite. So we would have to say “no.” They are actually a little bit rude.

Smarkets do not give any bonuses or promo codes in chat. In fact, they are quite curt about not giving any free spins or bonuses. We would have liked to have seen them show a little bit of flexibility. We even told them it was our birthday and they wouldn't give us a free bonus.

Are they fast?

They are fast to respond when you first contact them. After that, they are not very fast at all. There were a lot of delays waiting for them to respond. It was almost as though they had to look up their answers in a book. We would have appreciated a lot more speed.

We really feel like they were having to look everything up. The lag times and the waiting seemed to imply that. We feel that they should get a lot more training at their jobs so that they can honestly respond to simple questions with fast answers.

Is their English adequate?

Their English skills were great. We have no complaints about how well they spoke English. They could have been native speakers as far as we were concerned. That's why we think this is a matter of training on their part. English is not a problem.

Does the chat start quickly?

The Smarkets chat loaded very quickly. Within seconds there was someone talking with us. That is not a problem. It's when it came to getting answers that things got screwy. It was very hard to get a response from them that had anything to do with our problem.
