BetVictor Review Visit site

BetVictor is an amazing sports betting site. In general, it is run very well. But their customer service is just off. They don't seem to have any clue what they were doing. It was telling that one customer service person admitted they were handling multiple chats at once. We think that goes to the heart of the problem - they are constantly distracted by other customers. That's a weird complaint for an otherwise stellar site. We hope that BetVictor at some point in the future gives as much attention to customer service as they do to the rest of the site. It's very easy for a great site to be brought down by bad customer service. We would hate to see that happen to BetVictor but suspect it will if major changes are not made very quickly. Everyone eventually has problems and when they get to the BetVictor customer service and see what it's like they will go to another site.

They are certainly not polite. In fact, when they were gone for a while they told us they were helping other clients.

No. They do not give bonuses in chat. We tried every way we could think of and they just won’t do it.

They were incredibly slow. It shouldn’t take up to four minutes for someone to get back in touch with us.

No. They are horrible at their jobs. We can’t be sure if this is because they don’t care or are simply too busy.

Their English was fine. It just felt like they were under a lot of pressure and didn’t have enough training.

The chat does launch quickly and nearly immediately puts you in contact with someone to talk to.

BetVictor is a good site overall – but they fail when it comes to customer service. Their representatives are rude to people. They don’t respond very quickly. Sometimes, when they do respond, their answers are wrong. They don’t give out any bonuses in chat.

It’s a shame, because there are sites out there with good customer service. BetVictor simply isn’t that site. A lot of work needs to be done by the management at BetVictor to improve their customer service. The site itself is great, so we really don’t understand why their customer service is so bad. We’d like to think a great site would have great customer support, but clearly that’s not always the case.

Signing up at BetVictor is really easy. It is a great site, after all. You simply have to provide them with your real name, user name, and all the other info any online casino wants from you. Then you have to remember your password and use it when you login. Logging in is really easy, and the entire process is organic. If you need to contact live chat with a question or concern logging in to that is easy as well. And they will respond to you quickly. It only goes downhill after that. But as far as registration and signing in goes, we had no problem with the site at all. If only they could bring their customer service standards up to the level of the rest of the site. We want to stress that the site itself works very well; it's just customer service that's lacking.

Betvictor Free bets

BetVictor is primarily a sports betting site. They did recently add a casino to the site, but have not put too much emphasis on it. Therefore, there are no welcome free spins. But BetVictor is trying out various promotions, and eventually they might include free spins. There is no no-deposit bonus. When you make your first deposit, you will get matching funds up to £70. You'll also get a £40 voucher you can use to make a free bet. That's pretty typical for sports betting centered sites. If you are looking for free spins, there are plenty of casinos that will provide them. If you are simply looking to make some free bets on sporting events BetVictor has you covered. Are they polite?

No. Not at all. BetVictor even admitted to us that they were handling multiple chat conversations with different people at once. That's just rude. And they never said they were sorry about anything. Quite honestly, we are surprised that in the 21st century, rudeness and brusqueness on this level is allowed.

Do they give bonuses in chat?

No. And they were quite dismissive when asked about getting matching cash or a free bonus. Now, we know that most casinos don't give out free bonuses. But unlike BetVictor Casino, most of them are polite about turning you down. When we asked, we really felt like they thought that we were scum.

Are they fast?

More often than not, they would disappear for four minutes or more and only come back when we commented, “Still there?” Clearly they were helping other people and thought that they could just put us on hold. That's the core problem, we think – they have to handle multiple people at once and just can't do it.

They are not good at their jobs at all. We can't be sure if that is because they are handling multiple customers at once, or that they simply aren't trained well. But if anything, they are the anti-customer service firm. They are so bad that we wish there was a better word for bad.

Is their English adequate?

Their English is fine. We never got a feeling that they were not native English speakers. But your English can be fine, and still be rude and unfriendly. We might excuse them a bit if their English were worse. As it is, the staff at BetVictor simply don't know what they are doing.

Does the chat start quickly?

The initial chat at BetVictor does start very quickly. It's just once you are actually chatting with them that four-minute breaks in the conversation become common. We really think this is a case of too few customer service people handling too many customers at once. They should simply pay for more customer service people.
