“Do your job with the confidence of a mediocre white man” is a common meme on Facebook. And that's what you get from the people at Bet at Home. It's not awful customer service. It's not great customer services. It's right in the middle. It's hard for us to be enthusiastic enough to actually write about them. Like all mediocre things, our memory of dealing with them passes from our memory in a matter of minutes. Comparing Bet at Home to mobile betting casinos is like comparing a hard boiled egg to coq au vin. They are just not in the same league. We hope this will improve in the future. Perhaps Bet at Home will either hire native English speakers or the English spoken by their current staff will improve. There is a willingness to help, but the language barrier makes it difficult.

Bet at Home casino’s customer support isn’t great, but it isn’t awful either. It sits right in the middle of our experiences.

There are some things they could learn from other casinos on how to make it great. A good first step would be to hire native English speakers. We feel that all of the problems with the site come from the fact that the support staff does not seem to have English as their first language. They are trying and do give you the right answers to your questions. Sometimes that will take a while, as they are clearly trying to figure out what you asked them.

But at the end of the day, results are what matter and Bet at Home did deliver on all of our customer service questions. So we can’t downgrade them but can’t give them a full five stars either.

Signing up is easy at Bet at Home Casino. While the site has an old fashioned look, it is very easy to sign up. We have to say yes, the staff at Bet at Home are polite. They could not have been nicer – except if they spoke decent English. They really made an effort to make us feel like they wanted to help us and were doing everything they could. Nothing rude about them at all.

Yes, and no. For most of our requests, they seemed to respond very quickly. Then there were the times when there were several minutes between responses. We felt this was due to them every so often having to get someone to come over and translate what we asked into their language.
